Article 1 Subject of the Particular Terms

These Particular Terms (PTS) complement the General Terms (GTC) and describe in detail the services offered by Helvetic Assist (LemFid SA) under its service subscriptions.

Article 2 LAMal subsidy

The Service Provider prepares and files the Client's LAMal subsidy application with their canton of residence. They handle annual automatic renewal and correspondence with the administration. The Service Provider acts as an administrative agent, not as an insurance broker. The amounts paid out are transferred in full to the Client's bank account.

Article 3 Tax assistance

The Service Provider prepares the Client's annual tax return, claims applicable deductions, handles correspondence with the tax administration and files appeals where necessary. The service does not extend to in-depth tax advice or tax optimisation strategy.

Article 4 Residence permit

The Service Provider assists the Client with renewals of B, C or G residence permits, with changes in situation (family reunification, employment status change) and with naturalisation files. They handle correspondence with cantonal authorities (Population Office). The Client remains the sole decision-maker regarding their administrative status.

Article 5 Cancellations and official letters

The Service Provider drafts official letters on behalf of the Client: termination of lease, change of internet provider, termination of service contracts, complaints and formal notices. They send them by registered mail where necessary. The service does not guarantee the success of the request, which depends on the recipient.

Article 6 Post-incident assistance

The Service Provider assists the Client with administrative processing following an incident (accident, illness, theft): claim declarations, file follow-up, appeals in case of dispute. The service covers only the administrative aspect and does not replace legal assistance in the event of judicial litigation.

Article 7 Support

The Client benefits from dedicated support by email (info@helveticassist.ch), phone and WhatsApp. Response time is generally 24 business hours. Available languages: French, German, Italian, English (and in a limited capacity Portuguese, Spanish, Albanian).

Article 8 Exclusions from mandate

The mandate does not include: legal advice in the strict sense (lawyer), judicial representation, in-depth tax advice, wealth management advice, negotiation with insurers in the context of intermediation (this activity is exclusively the responsibility of Tigura Partners Sàrl, FINMA-approved partner).

Article 9 Final provisions

These Particular Terms are read in addition to the General Terms. In case of contradiction between the two documents, the GTC prevail. The PTS are governed exclusively by Swiss law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Geneva.
