About the
subscription.

Are there hidden fees or commissions on the subsidies recovered?

No. Amounts paid by your canton (LAMal subsidies, allowances, etc.) are transferred in full to your bank account. The monthly subscription covers the entire service.

Can I cancel at any time?

Cancellation is done in writing (letter or registered email) with 3 months' notice before the contractual expiration (12 or 24 months depending on the plan chosen).

What happens after my 12 or 24 months?

Your subscription renews automatically for the same duration, unless cancelled 3 months before expiration. The price stays fixed for the entire period.

Does the Family plan really cover the whole household?

Yes: spouse and children living under the same roof, including their LAMal procedures, family allowances, cancellations, official letters.

How is payment made?

Monthly automatic direct debit by credit card, TWINT, or bank transfer. You can also opt for a single annual payment (no surcharge).

Can I change plans during my subscription?

Yes. Moving from Individual → Family, or 12 → 24 months, can be done on simple request. The pricing adjustment takes effect from the next billing period.
