1 · Purpose of the particular conditions
These particular conditions complement the General Terms, without replacing them. They specify the specific arrangements applicable to certain categories of services.
2 · LAMal subsidy file
The Assistant verifies the client's eligibility for the health-insurance subsidy with the canton of residence. The file is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the necessary supporting documents.
3 · Residence permits
The Assistant prepares initial applications and renewals for permits B, C, L and G. Decision timeframes are those of the cantonal and federal administrations.
4 · Post-incident handling
The Assistant acts as an intermediary between the client and the insurers concerned. It does not replace the insurer and does not guarantee any amount of reimbursement.
5 · Specific mandates
Any specific mandate (complex appeal, administrative representation) is the subject of a separate written agreement.
